Retouching of images typically takes around 7-10 business days. However, if you have a deadline simply let us know and we can arrange a shorter timeline.
If you’re booked for a model campaign, you can expect a gallery of images to select from 1-2 days after the shoot.

Yes. We handle the full production. Casting, styling, props, set build, and on-set direction so you get a finished result, not a list of tasks to manage.
However, we also know some of our clients like to take on these tasks to save budget so you’re welcome to delegate certain tasks to your own team.

Yes. We regularly work with brands outside Australia and deliver remotely. Pre-production, shoot days, and reviews are all handled online so distance is never a blocker.

Projects are scoped based on the deliverables, complexity, and production requirements. Once we understand what you need, we'll put together a tailored proposal.
For larger scale projects our clients typically spend anywhere from $3k-$15k. We also cater to small scale project for under $1k.

Every project starts with a conversation about what you're trying to achieve — more conversions on your PDPs, stronger campaign imagery, fresher assets for social and ads. From there we scope the shoot, build a considered pre-production plan, and deliver a set of images built around that goal.

Yes. Most of our shoots capture stills and motion together, so you walk away with a full set of assets for website, social, and paid ads from a single production day.

Some clients hand us the brief, others wants us to help mould the brief. Either way, we’re happy to work in with where you’re currently at.
But overall you’ll want to provide product, brand references, and a sense of what you're trying to achieve. We handle the rest: creative direction, shot planning, casting, styling, and execution.

To start allocating resources to your project, we require a 50% deposit & a signed contract.

For model campaigns we usually advise 4 weeks. This is to give us time to coordinate all parties involved in the project for a shoot date.
For smaller projects, 1-2 weeks is fine!
